CHALLENGE

Gimlet tasked MagicCo. with creating a robust interactive skill for Alexa and Google Home, based on their beloved stories.

SOLUTION

Magic consulted on the technical limitations to the traditional podcasting medium, determining how to translate Gimlet’s stories to the Alexa and Google Home in a way that was consumable to users. Then, Magic worked with Gimlet’s audio-engineering team to produce the audio assets, craft the VUI design, and finally, develop and deploy the skill.

RESULTS

• A high quality interactive experience on the voice assistants with some neat control technology.
