USING VOICE TO LAUNCH AN EXCITING, INTERACTIVE ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN.

CHALLENGE

A large yogurt company tasked MagicCo. with creating an interactive experience that, coupled with a large media buy, would reach new customers in the United States. Magic felt voice was the perfect distribution mechanism to achieve that goal.

SOLUTION

MagicCo. consulted on the media buy to create effective advertising targeting for potential consumers on Alexa. Then, we built a custom Alexa Skill that obtained users demographic information, provided fun facts and mission statements about the yogurt company, and provided a coupon for users to redeem product samples at Amazon Fresh and retail stores.

RESULTS

  • Biggest campaign in yogurt company’s history in terms of number of impressions and mentions on Twitter, redemption of coupons, and media/PR response.
  • Storage of user information allowed yogurt company to contact and follow-up with a CRM.
  • The campaign served a lot of coupons and extensive number of data points of user information.
