CHALLENGE

Warner Music Group tasked MagicCo. with developing voice assistant content strategies for some of their biggest celebrities, including Josh Groban, Blake Shelton, and Brett Eldredge.

SOLUTION

Magic developed robust content strategies for each artist, conceiving of fun user experiences, such as an interactive “Gratitude Journal” Each skill is narrated by the musician themselves, allowing users to directly “converse” with their favorite artist. Magic spearheaded every aspect of the skill, from writing the content scripts to recording the artists’ voiceover in studio.

RESULTS

  • 7 Million media impressions on Google.
  • Since the launch of some of the skills, artists album sales have more than doubled and streams increased by 15x.
