CHALLENGE

BIC tasked MagicCo. with creating an innovative way to connect with freelancers and small-business owners, and, in the process, market and sell BIC's office products.

SOLUTION

Magic determined that bringing BIC to Amazon Echo and Google Home was the best solution. Magic designed and created the BIC Office Assistant, which provides a permanent voice presence for BIC to interact with customers. The product offers a virtual filing cabinet to store and retrieve information, calendar management, tips and advice for entrepreneurs, and voice-activated shopping accessibility for office products.
